Utilities Mechanic

How long have you been at LMU?
Two years

What has been your proudest moment since you’ve been at LMU?
I have to say the proudest moment since I have been here is being recognized by upper management on the work that I have done since I have been here.

What is the most important thing you have learned since joining LMU?
I have learned that not every job is stressful. Since I have been here I always come to work with a smile and go home with a smile too. That has to do with the great management team I work for.

Before working at LMU, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve had?
Before coming to LMU I worked for a forging company as a heat treater. I drove forklifts that could lift the capacity of 33,000 lbs and also drove huge manipulators. It was a super dangerous job and I liked the excitement but I couldn’t do that job forever.

Favorite movie?
North Shore or Bronx Tale.

Commitment to Excellence

Riding dirt bikes and body boarding really helps my peace of mind.

Hawaii. I would really love to body board the waves over there!
