UNIVERSITY NEWS | The Department of Public Safety recently announced that its annual removal of bicycles left on campus over summer will take place on Friday, June 14.
Bicycles belonging to faculty, staff, and students working over the summer are exempt, but must be registered with the Department of Public Safety.
In order to receive exemption status, DPS asks all individuals to email Sergeant Desmond Burns with their bicycle registration permit number. Those without a registration number must visit DPS in Foley Annex with the bicycle’s make, model, color, and serial number.
Bicycles that are removed on June 14 and not claimed by Friday, September 1 will be donated to Campus Ministry and auctioned at the beginning of the Fall 2019 semester, benefiting Campus Ministry’s choice charities.
