Interested in Aerospace? Join MARS for an Information Session on April 23

Loyola Marymount Aerospace Research Society (MARS) welcomes students of all years, majors, and disciplines to join our efforts in designing, building, and launching a liquid-propelled, single-stage rocket to an altitude of 100 km (the Karman Line edge of space) by December 2020.

Interested in becoming a part of the aerospace industry? Want to get real hands-on experience building rockets?

Loyola MARS is a multi-generational, student-led engineering organization and aerospace club on campus. We have two rockets currently in development, one hybrid and one liquid, as well as a budding CubeSat program. We work closely across majors within Seaver College as well as with our qualified faculty members and reach out to aerospace industry professionals. Loyola MARS is just as much a professional networking group as it is an engineering team and student club.

Come visit us in the Life Sciences Building at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 to hear more about how you can become a part of this endeavor.
