Free Online Wellness Resources for Students

LION WELLNESS | We’ve all experienced bad days and weeks. Taking better care of yourself and setting positive goals can offer a sense of control to help pick yourself back up.

LMU CARES Online acts as a personalized wellness website to help students check in with themselves on a variety of topics like stress and anxiety, social pressures, and sleep patterns. The platform is 100% confidential and free for LMU students.

Importantly, LMU CARES Online recognizes that well-being is not one-size-fits-all. To personalize the user experience, the platform prompts students to take questionnaires, called “Reality Checks,” to help take an honest look at where they are atin terms of personal growth and overall well-being. Once the reality checks are completed, students receive tailored articles, self-assessment tools, helpful advice and suggested campus resources to address areas that need improvement. The site also allows students to set and manage goals to help throughout the college experience.
