The Dean’s Den: LMU CARES Online Available 24/7

DEAN OF STUDENTS | At LMU, we want all students to succeed and harness their potential both inside and outside the classroom. To support you throughout your journey at LMU, I encourage you to log on to LMU CARES Online, a personalized wellness website available 24/7 to help students check in with themselves on various topics like stress and anxiety, social pressures, and sleep patterns.

The platform is 100% confidential and free for LMU students and includes ways to personalize your user experience by taking quizzes, known as Self Checks. They are quick, easy and will help shed light on your strengths, as well as areas that might benefit from a little attention.

The Self Checks are focused around three main areas for students for you to check where you are at in terms of personal growth and overall well-being:

  • Succeed measures the business end of your college experience—in other words, your success in academics and your career;
  • Thrive measures physical, mental and emotional well-being. So, you can think, feel, act, and eat in a way that will make you happiest;
  • Matter helps you find your purpose—in your relationships, your communities and the world—by connecting you to things that are meaningful to you.

Once the Self Checks are completed, you will receive tailored articles, self-assessment tools, helpful advice and suggested campus resources to address areas that need improvement. Students can set up and manage goals to help throughout the college experience.

To sign up, visit LMU CARES Online and login with your Lion email and password.
