Feel Good Finals Helps Students De-Stress in Semester’s Final Weeks

UNIVERSITY NEWS | Taking final exams and preparing final projects can be a stressful time of the year for students. The William H. Hannon Library, FitWell, and Campus Safety Services have partnered to bring students stress-relieving activities for Feel Good Finals from Dec. 7-17.

There are so many ways to take time for yourself, practice self-care, and finish the semester strong from yoga with goats, snacks, study spaces, and massages. FitWell will also be offering 25-minute massages in the Burns Recreation Center for students only starting Dec. 8. Imagine coming back into the world calm and invigorated. Re-discover a sense of well-being that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit. Enjoy an experience that will allow you to attain calmness and relaxation while relieving muscle soreness, tension, and stress from your body. Appointments are available here.
