GSLMU | GSLMU will be hosting its first ever poetry slam night, “Slam for Social Justice: A Night of Brews and Ballads,” in celebration of World Day of Social Justice. Beer, wine, and other non-alcoholic beverages will be sold at the event, with all proceeds being donated to the university’s food pantry to combat college student hunger. Students are encouraged to submit a poem highlighting a social issue to present at the event and will be awarded if chosen. Submit your poem on LEO by Monday, Feb. 3.
