Lion Wellness Presents Wellness Wednesdays

LION WELLNESS | We encourage you to make the most of your Student EXPerience. At the same time, we know it’s natural to feel overwhelmed juggling the demands of school, student activities, finances and a social life.

Remember to make self-care a priority and take advantage of the many wellness resources available on campus including:

We also hope you’ll join us for Wellness Wednesdays– held every Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Lawton Plaza. Each week we’ll bring new activities and experiences to help you unwind, de-stress and build community.

Staying healthy requires more than just a flu shot (though that’s a good idea too and you can get one on-campus at Student Health Services!) We urge you to take care of your mental, emotional and physical health – and know the LMU has a wide variety of resources in place to support you.
